Return your item for any reason for a LuxHave Site Credit

Excludes items marked Final Sale and all Non-U.S. orders.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and the LuxHave security Tag with special identification code must remain intact to item.

You can select any other item of your choice on Luxhave.com using your Site Credit.

If you receive an item that you believe is was inaccurately described in its listing, you can file a Misrepresentation Claim and you may qualify for a full refund.

NOTE :   All of our items go thru a rigorous authenticity check and a special security tag is placed on the item. We personally screen all items before we ship, this is how we differ from the competition that allows sellers to ship directly to buyer without checking the items first.

 

Exception is if item was misrepresented on site like wrong sizing. Then Luxhave will consider full refund.
